Medasia Marine is a boutique marine design-and-construction group active across the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Their work spans new-build yachts and commercial vessels, turnkey refits, modular floating-living projects (solar houseboats and floating villas), and technical/owners-representative roles — with a stated strategic focus on sustainable, low-carbon shipbuilding.

Medasia’s lifestyle arm (displayed through Medasia Shop / Medasia Marine group pages) packages boutique electric mobility and premium watersports gear alongside their marine business — aiming at stylish, eco-forward leisure products for resorts, owners and affluent urban buyers. 

Medasia Events operates hospitality venues under the “Take 5" Brand that host live music, events and food & beverage offerings— these venues act as real-world showcases for Medasia’s lifestyle products and help position the group in the leisure/resort market. 

Medasia’s floating-spaces (Solarpod, E-Clipse) are explicitly marketed to resorts, marinas and boutique hospitality operators — they’re presented as turnkey smart-floating units for guest stays, private villas or branded resort inventory (i.e., a hospitality play as well as a product sale).  

Medasia Americas — U.S. launch announced for November 2025

Abu Dhabi / United States — November 2025 — Medasia Marine will open in the United States under the Medasia Americas brand, bringing the company’s award-winning floating-space portfolio to North America. The U.S. operation will focus on three pillars: Solarpod® modular floating villas, E-Clipse® solar-electric houseboats, and a new 40-foot solar-electric catamaran now under construction—each engineered to make sustainable living and leisure on the water attainable at a practical, value-driven price point.
