Marine

Medasia has established a dedicated shipyard presence at MBK Marine’s ICAD II (Abu Dhabi) site. That facility is described as a full-scope shipbuilding and refit centre (production hall, dry dock access including a 2,000-ton floating dock, a 150 m jetty and heavy-lift travelift)

Lifestyle

Medasia’s lifestyle arm packages boutique electric mobility and premium watersports gear alongside their marine business — aiming at stylish, eco-forward leisure products for resorts, owners and affluent urban buyers.

Hospitality

Medasia operates hospitality venues under the “Take 5” Brand that host live music, events — these venues act as real-world showcases for Medasia’s lifestyle products and help position the group in the leisure/resort market.

Medasia’s floating-spaces (Solarpod, E-Clipse) are explicitly marketed to resorts, marinas and boutique hospitality operators.
